It is that time of the year again where the ACC releases all of the team’s upcoming year’s football schedule, this includes the Eagles 2021 football schedule that got released today. BC Football will begin the season on September 4th 2021 vs Colgate at home in Chestnut Hill Massachusetts.

Predictions:
RedCupBostonCollege: 9-3
I would say I see the Eagles going 9-3 or 10-2 on the 2021 football season, solid season but they can not get the win over Clemson, Nc.State, and Louisville. I can see this team winning any of these games besides Clemson but you can not be perfect in conference play, it is a lot harder than it looks on paper.
This is a very good improvement for BC and you will see that the culture of the program has changed drastically. There will be close games like the game vs Missouri, the eagles will always have a challenge when facing a SEC teams, but I think the eagles will come on top, I say 9-3 because of the teams I mentioned but those games are back to back to back , so I can not see the Eagles dropping 3 in a row. I’m excited to see what BC will do vs Clemson though. They have seen their young QB already from the previous year and they looked very good against them throughout the entire game but fell at the end of the game to Clemson’s explosive offense. It should be a good season with a lot of improvements from the last for BC Football!
BC.Tailgate: 10-2
This schedule I very much think is favorable to the Eagles. Clemson on the road for a second year in a row is certainly tough. But from where things stand today, I would feel confident in the Eagles to win every game on this schedule besides Clemson. A few games that could give the Eagles some trouble though could be @Syracuse, and vs Missouri. As we saw this year, Syracuse can give the Eagles some trouble on the road and has proven the in recent years they don’t go down easy. Syracuse held BC to 16 points in their meeting last season. That was the second fewest points the Eagles scored in a game all season.
Though on the road this is a game I don’t think will be easy, I definitely think the Eagles can go to upstate New York and return home with a W. Missouri is a tough opponent who is also on the rise as a program. Playing a very tough SEC schedule, Missouri is better than their record. Last season, 4 out their 5 losses were to ranked teams at the time of the matchup. 3 of those losses were to national powerhouses Georgia , Florida and Alabama. Returning QB and presumed starter Connor Bazelak was a 4 star recruit out of high school and threw for 2000 yards last year in his sophomore season.
Evaluating the Eagles performance playing them will tell us a lot about this team early on in the season. I very much think though this schedule is good for the Eagles and sets them up for success. A ranked matchup of undefeated teams could be a real possibility for the game @ Clemson in October. Coming close to an upset last year, that game is one of the most intriguing on the schedule for me. There are other games on the schedule that are a little worrying, but a loss to Clemson will probably happen, and maybe a loss to one other team. That leads me to predict a 10-2 record for BC Football in 2021.
