BC Guard Rich Kelly Enters The Transfer Portal, To Miss Rest of Season

We were informed today at noon that Rich Kelly will enter the transfer portal and to miss the rest of the season. Rich Kelly was a new addition to the Eagles last year from the transfer portal. Kelly transferred to BC from Quinnipiac, a small school in Connecticut that plays in the MAAC conference.

This is the second transfer the Eagles has had since the departure of coach Jim Christian, we hope that when the next coach fills his position he will bring in nice talent with him. Kelly’s career numbers at BC for the one year he was there include 11 points PPG, 2.4 assists per game and 1.7 rebounds per game at BC shooting 43% FG in his one year career at BC.

His best game came against Miami where he had 27 points on 10/16 from the field, vaulting BC to their first conference win of the year. The same night the Eagles shot the school record for most 3 balls made with 17.

Best of luck to Rich in the portal.
