The Patriots signed Jalen Mills today, as the fourth move the Patriots have made today. The deal is worth up to $24M, but just $9M of it is guaranteed.

Mills, 26, has spent all of his career with the Eagles, which started in 2016. He won the Super Bowl with the Eagles against the Patriots in just his second year in the league.

The defensive back has 5 interceptions in his career, 3 of which were in 2017, and he had 1 in 2020. He played SS in 2020, after playing CB his whole career.

Mills has started in 49 of his 63 appearances in his career, but he’s played 16 games just once, which was in his rookie year. He played in 15 games in 2020, the first time he played more than 9 since 2018.
