New England Revolution Thrash Inter Miami CF 5-0 With Depleted Roster

The Revs were missing a massive amount of impact players in Ft. Lauderdale, but it was hard to even notice. Miami was simply horrible on the night, while New England finished off all of their first half chances.

It was a highlight night for Arnór Traustason and Carles Gil, who assisted two goals before being substituted out to miss his first minutes of the 2021 season.

The Revolution rolled through Inter Miami CF with a resounding 5-0 victory, without Turner, Buchanan, and Kessler. The depth continues to prove to be effective, and New England keeps rolling. They now sit atop the Supporter’s Shield standings, first place in all of Major League Soccer. They go again on Sunday when they host CF Montreal at 6:00 PM EST at Gillette Stadium.
