The Red Sox will host New York for another weekend series, as Boston will be facing an Aaron Judge-less Yankees after the star outfielder tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of last week’s series.
The positive test put Judge out for the next ten days, as he’ll be back Tuesday for the Yankees as they play another crucial series against the Rays.
Tanner Houck will be getting his first start since the 3rd of April, as he was recently just called up before picking up a nine-out save versus the Yankees, in the Bronx, last week.
New York sits 7.0 games back of Boston at 50-44, while the Red Sox continue to add to their division lead at 58-38 on the season.
