Haula will sign a two year contract, worth $2.375 million. He plays any offensive position, and put up 21 points in 51 games for Nashville last season. Haula will likely end up on Boston’s third line.
On the other hand, Tomas Nosek was signed for 2 years as well, including a $1.75 million cap hit. Nosek comes from the Las Vegas Golden Knights, where he scored eight times in 38 games last season. Nosek will be a fourth liner, a spot where he was very successful with Vegas last year. He brings a scoring ability to the last line.
