The Red Sox are optioning Jarren Duran to Triple-A Worcester, according to multiple reports.
Per source, Jarren Duran has been optioned to Worcester. Tanner Houck takes his spot.

Duran hasn’t been all that great in his first tenure as a big leaguer, as he’s gone just 19-for-86 (.221/.236/.372/.608) with two homers, eight RBI, 12 runs, three doubles, two triples, one stolen base and a wRC+ of only 56 through his first 27 games.
It will most definitely be Tanner Houck that is being called up, as Houck will likely be starting today.
