As reported yesterday by Joe McDonald of the Worcester Telegram and Gazzete, Boston has four players on the taxi squad travelling with the team, in case of another positive test. it will likely be Connor Seabold starting either Saturday or Sunday, with the possibility of Kaleb Ort making an appearance out of the bullpen.
Martin Perez will also be returning this weekend of the COVID-19 related injured list, after he tested positive for the virus.
Per @JoeyMacHockey: Connor Seabold, Kaleb Ort, Chris Herrmann and Jack Lopez will be on the Red Sox’s taxi squad this weekend in Chicago.
