Kendrick Bourne had his availability doubted for Sunday’s Patriots vs. Bills, but the receiver was taken off of the COVID-19 reserve list on Christmas. Bourne celebrated with a Tweet, saying it was the “best Christmas news ever.”
Bourne has had a career year with the Pats, catching 45 passes and matching his career high in receiving yards with 667 — also tallying a career best five scores.
The Patriots could still have a thin receiving core, however, as Nelson Agholor (concussion) is listed as out while N’Keal Harry (hip) could potentially be out as he is listed as questionable.
The running back room will also be a bit shorthanded, as Rhamondre Stevenson was placed on the COVID-19 list after missing practice with an illness all week. Both Damien Harris (hamstring) and Brandon Bolden (knee) are also questionable, so New England might be missing even more weapons.
