Celtics Game Report: Boston Pulls Into 4th Seed With 110-88 Win Over Warriors to Begin Road Trip

The Boston Celtics pulled into the fourth seed of the NBA’s Eastern Conference Wednesday night, as the C’s moved to 42-28 on the season following their 110-88 win over the Warriors. Golden State’s Stephen Curry left mid-game after Marcus Smart landed on his foot.

The Celtics really pulled away in the second quarter and never looked back, as they led 48-32 at the half and continued their momentum into the second half.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown both led the Celtics in points with 26, while Tatum had 12 boards and Smart once again led in assists, with eight. Smart also added 20 points of his own while Robert Williams tallied eight points on nine rebounds.

Boston will continue their west coast road trip as they take on the Kings Friday, at 10:00 p.m. ET, before taking on the Jazz Sunday at 8:00 p.m. ET.
