The Boston Red Sox are in agreement with Trevor Story, Bob Nightengale of USA Today Sports reports. Click here to see the reported contract details.
Story, 29, hit .251/.329/.471 in 2021, clubbing 24 homers and posting a 100 wRC+ with the Rockies, in what is now the last year of his six-year tenure in Colorado.
Christian Arroyo is willing to move to the outfield, as Story will play second base while Xander Bogaerts remains at shortstop.
