The New England Patriots are trading for Miami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The Phins are receiving a 2023 third-round pick in return.

Miami recently acquired Tyreek Hill to add to the already speedy core that has Jaylen Waddle, so Miami doesn’t exactly need Parker anymore. The 28-year-old has spent the entirety of his seven-year career in Miami, where last season he posted 40 receptions for 515 yards playing in just eight games due to a hamstring and shoulder injury.
